Judicial Watch’s FOIA Case: 1,627 January 6 Police Videos Released

Judicial Watch’s request under D.C.’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) sought all body-camera audio and video from Metropolitan Police Department officers responding around the Capitol on January 6, 2021. Following its records-access lawsuit, Judicial Watch announced the 1,627-video collection in July 2026.
